Shipping
As with everything we endeavour to do here at Sippi we want to keep everything as simple and transparent as we can. So we have free shipping to UK and Europe and a flat rate for the rest of the world. Please don't hestiate to ask if you have any questions or require any help or advice when it comes to shipping.

We will pack your jewellery in environmentally friendly and plastic free mailing bags along with the packing tape.
How do I return an item?
Returns pose significant costs for businesses, both financially and environmentally. They entail additional expenses in terms of employee time and resources like fuel and electricity. While free returns have become the norm, they come at a cost to our planet. At Sippi, we advocate for sustainable consumption, which is why the cost of return postage will be borne by the customer.
When returning any goods, please notify us by email at hello@sippijewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
You have the option to cancel your order, or return any full-priced product within 21 days of the date indicated on your dispatch note.
Please ensure you return your parcel with a proof of posting receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us or are inadequately packaged. It's also a good idea to keep a copy of your dispatch note for your records.
We are pleased to offer refunds and exchanges for all products returned to us, provided they are in fully resalable condition and returned in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, with the amount refunded to your original payment method.
Please be advised that if the product is not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
