Pricing transparency

Sustainability, transparency, and fair employment practices are the cornerstone of Sippi's business model.

We view it as our duty to contribute positively to society and the environment.

At Sippi, we believe you, the customer, deserve to be informed of how we manage our business by sharing the steps we follow and the principles we adopt in creating, marketing and delivering our products to you. By being straightforward and transparent in this way, we hope you will therefore be able to make an informed choice.  Because each purchase you make affects the environment and the people involved in the supply chain, we believe you have the right to understand and be happy with the influence your choice has.

Below is an overview of what it costs us to make Sippi’s jewellery pieces. We think you should know what goes into creating the things you love, even though there are a few expenses that are difficult to quantify, such as design, collection time and other logistics.

When deciding on the final price of our jewellery, many aspects need to be taken into account. Expenses are impacted by material costs, processing, production, marketing, business costs, and wages. We place a high value on accountability and sustainability in each of these areas. Our goal is to have our products sold in a variety of stores. As a result, we work with specific retailers who offer our designs for purchase online. We take into account a retailer margin into our product prices to make distribution profitable for companies and retailers.

In the near future, we hope to establish even more transparency by revealing more details of the pricing structure for all the pieces in our upcoming collections as well as the name of the charitable organisations we have selected to support.
