" Sepideh's ocean-inspired designs guide my handcrafting process. We discuss each design carefully before I begin crafting, using traditional methods I have learnt and developed over decades. I do not use machinery that mass-produces identical pieces for obvious reasons. Each design is unique and tailored around the centrepiece: Mainly, the shell itself. Relying on my skills gives me satisfaction and provides an authenticity and precision to each piece. I calculate the cost upfront, including labor and supplies, and receive payment before starting work. This transparent approach builds trust and professionalism. If any adjustments are needed, we communicate openly to ensure the final product satisfies all expectations.
Our shared goal at SIPPI is to ensure success through our commitment to quality and uniqueness. Each piece, crafted with love and attention to detail, is a testament to our dedication. With years of experience gained from renowned companies in the Middle East and Asia, I bring expertise honed through tradition and formal education. My journey in jewelry-making began under my father's guidance, and this was further supplemented by relevant courses, solidifying my passion for the craft.

" I develop and implement internal and external communications here in Sri Lanka. I became affiliated with Sippi because I support the company's mission and culture.
